“Curtas em Flagrante” is a touring festival of short films originating from Portuguese speaking countries. From the annual call for submissions comes a selection of short films screened at the festival. The main aim is to propel new perspectives on the interpretation of cinematographic and audio-visual languages. It also aims at raising new individual experiences of the silver screen, drifting away from conventional creations usually accessible in mainstream media.
